The Tale of Little Ant’s Big Pizza Dream

It all started with a tiny dream and a giant love for pizza.

At Ants Pizzeria, everything begins with a boy named Ant and his beloved Nonna's warm, flour-dusted kitchen. Growing up in South Africa, Ant spent countless afternoons watching her roll dough, stir sauce, and bring people together around the dinner table, always with a smile and always with a slice.

Though small in size, Ant’s love for pizza (and feeding people) was huge. From learning to toss dough just right to sneaking extra cheese when Nonna wasn’t looking, it was clear that food -especially pizza- was his happy place.

Years later, with a heart full of memories and an apron dusted in flour, Ant grew up and decided to bring that same warm, homemade goodness to his neighbourhood. He opened Ant’s Pizzeria, where every slice is made with love, laughter, and nostalgia.

At Ants, we’re building more than just pizzas.
